Proof is in the pudding!

Can anyone imagine starting ANY business and having a 95% satisfaction rate? No company or person in this would is going to make 100% of the people they meet on a daily basis happy. Just my way of helping everyone here understand that places like JD Byrider/CNAC do, in fact, do alot of good!
