JDB website not working too well
I am trying to find a minivan for my family. I have no credit, not much to put down, and my last car got picked up a few weeks back. I had it almost paid off, down to owing $1000, and the motor locked up tight. Called to ask if there was anything they could do, and they said, I can pay it off, and then they would haul it off for me for free. I told them they can just come get it, since I apparently now need the $1000 for ANOTHER car. No sense paying off a car that doesn't run in order to NOT have a working trade-in on the next one.
So anyway, I'm driving my wife's car a month ago and I see that they're building a JD Byrider on the southwest side of town. In Fort Worth. Texas. I didn't know these idiots were HERE!!! And to think I left Ohio and Indiana to avoid them! Just kidding, I left Ohio because my parents live there.
But back to the subject, I think, hmmm, maybe by now they have an inventory set up online, I can go see if they have something I would be willing to drive which could hold me, my wife, and our half a dozen children, without us having to drive 2 cars everywhere like we do now...um...well like we did before my car took a long dirt nap...
Their website doesn't work worth a damn. Everything I click on gives me a 404 error. And to think I was going to give them a chance. HA!!!

IF what you're saying
is true then you have a real fight! *IF* your account was not late and they had it repossessed in error than you need to get a better lawyer because that would be right.
Now, IF the account was late but they gave you a verbal agreement to allow the account to be late until the 6th and you never received it in writing from their office, then yes you have no case.
Was this most recent repo
Repo was due to the fact
