...Sticking it to JD Byrider and CNAC like they stuck it to us...

Any advise from anyone PLEEEEZZEEE?

I have been paying on my 2002 model for 1 year, financed through CNAC and I just want out from under this loan SO BAD because I'm being charged 21% interest and I paid DOUBLE what the car sells for and I'm very upset with myself for going through with the deal to begin with. This is my own fault for signing those papers at the dealer that day-I knew the "feeling" didn't seem right and I did it anyway, and it's my own fault messing up my credit when I was younger,I take full responsibility for that, but I have made perfect payments on this car that I have now through CNAC and I just want to find a way to get out from under it! I tried Kia and Ford ( to trade it in and re-finance something else) and was turned down by both because they would not give me NEAR what I owe for the car as a trade-in (the one I got through CNAC) and also one of the salesmen at the dealership (don't wanna mention which one) "turned there nose up" at the CNAC name, as if it weren't even credible! They did tell me if I put 4-$5000K down, they may consider.

Does anyone have any idea's what I can do. My credit score is only 550, but there HAS to be a way out of CNAC!!!!!!!!! I still have 3 years to go with these crooks and this car won't be worth a dime by then!

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have been in your

If you have been in your vehicle for 18 months you should be able to try there bigger store. I have had my vehicle for about 9 months & so far so good. But I was looking to trade it in for something newer but did not have the money to do that. But call the J. D. Byrider that you got your vehicle from & asked them about Bob Brady so you could trade it in with them. I wish you the best of luck.

HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN DO LISAMAY2002

I have traded many people out of the vehicles from jd since i left. you need to look at a new car with good rebates they will eat up your negative equity you will probaly need about 1000 down and be willing to lease. Chysler Finicial is very good i have got people approved under 550

court...

Nooo... not court for the whole "car loan, I signed papers agreeing to fight on your terms" thing, I am talking about the "You took the truck, sold the truck, but left me responsible for the truck" argument. If the guy who bought the truck from aution killed someone and didn't have insurance, I could have been liable because I was still, in the eyes of the law, considered the OWNER. (co-owner).

Court..

I kinda doubt you could take 'em to court, assuming you, like I, were foolish enough to sign that arbitration agreement thing.

You might be able to get arbitration, but, I don't know if it woul help at all, to go to a "court" CNAC/Byrider is paying for, if you know what I mean....

Some advice...

The only advice I have for anyone who has been screwed is to contact the Consumer Protection Division in your state. They are the ones in charge of making sure everything JD and the other goofballs do is all legal like. Let me tell ya, it isn't... they got the Council Bluffs clan and although I am still waiting for them to clean up my credit report, it is costing Mr. Byrider a MINT!

I haven't decided yet, but I might take them to court to find out why my truck (repo'd 2 years ago) is still carrying my name... =) Should be fun, since they are in hot water already.
