If your experiences with JD/CNAC are anything like mine, you'll need to learn to do-it-yourself.

For example, the vehicle I received from JD/CNAC (for $10,000 by the way, bluebook? $3000) had dangerous brakes, as we found out a month later. I coulda used guidance fixing them, but I've since learned how to fix the fords ;]
