...Sticking it to JD Byrider and CNAC like they stuck it to us...

Did this has happen to you?

I bought a car from JD and they told me that they would take care of getting a car insurance so I could take the car that same night, so they took care of that. Now my car insurance is about to expire and I wanted to get a new car insurance with a different company, so i call for a quote and the agent was very nice until he checked the VIN number of the car and told me they couldn't sell me that insurance because of a problem with the car. So i'm wondering does JD say to you that they take care of the insurance because their cars have some kind of funny history???

car fax or auto check

JDByrider runs a limited check to make sure they comply with there advertising that all cars are checked although the checks are ran and put in a deal jacket as they only note vehicles which have been totaled loss, flood damage and don't note other items. Speaking from experience some vehicles have unibody damage and we missed it which opens up an opportunity for you. Again I would urge you to contact your State's Attorney General and ask for their assistance. You very possibly may have been sold a vehicle with significant frame damage.

car fax or auto check

You have got to be kidding me? These folks don't stay in business selling cars with frame damage!! Not only is the car fax/auto check pulled prior to buying the vehicle, they are also inspected by a real mechanic, most are ASE certified.
What in the world is wrong with some people, there are over 120 locations and not all are crooks. Used cars, get it USED CARS.
This does not defend practices for collections of delinquent accounts, poor customer service etc. However the majority of the Franchises are legit and take care of their customers, just remember each JDB is only as good as their employees, it's just like where you work, there is always one ass in the bunch.

Check

Obviously you have not worked at a JDByrider dealership or are sleeping through the experience. Yes they have stayed in business selling junk cars which is why this site exists. Concerning our mechanics about two of the eight were decent, two were shade tree and four were out of it. JDByrider is not successful because they have such a wonderful business plan and execution of it but rather they have targeted a unique market where people need a car and can't get financed. This is why it is predatory.

insurance

check the VIN maybe you have the wrong numbers ... all vehicles that are sold have to pass either a CARFAX or a AUTOCHECK ... check your contract you should have a copy of the buyers guide ...
