I use to work for JDByrider Corp
I've worked for Byrider for 10years, in upper management. I ve also worked for a Franchise in Jacksonville Fl,Columbus In, and IndIANAPOLIS, 2 Company owned stores.
For those who dont know all Byriders are not owned by the same person. The only Company Owned stores are Indinapolis, w38th st,Shadland Ave, Greenwood In,Lafayette In, Misawk, In Ohio, Fairfield Oh,Cincinnati (9797 Colerain Ave.) Columbus oh 2 stores, and Ga, Marietta (1215 Cobb Pkwy S).
Ive seen alot of Franchise owners go down because of the crappy service, work, and employess, JdByrider has set the standards for the franchise owner how to operate the stores and most of you who are upset, (which I can feel your pain)just got with a store that's trin to make a quick dollar. Rules and guidlines are set for a reason , Franchise owners (Some) never followed, almost like tryin to reinvent the wheel. Im sure most of you who purchased vehicles went tru a Flip Chart, in the begin it states "JD Byriders is an franchise company like Taco Bell, MacDonalds, etc... Just remember when you go to a franchise store notice how they are set up differently, just like Byrider.
Ive seen a lot of upset customers A LOT that complained about the stores and funny thing here,in Indy those stores are now closed, because of the bad bussiness they practiced. Now I've seen customers who made there payments on time and never ad any complaints, Ive seen those who never pay on time and lie when they dont have the money complain ,fuss, cuss, go crazy, about being harassed. When a person pays on time, CNAC will never call. Those collectors are paid on delinquency when its low this is how they keep their jobs.
Now for those who feel they arent treated right, being harassed, the company owned stores do have a complaint NumberCustomer Service
Phone:1-888-240-3595
E-mail:customerservice@jdbyrider.com
This is to the Corporate headquaters. Trust they need to hear the complaints from all customers franchised and, company owned stores.
I hope this info helped.

Ashamed
JDByrider should never ever be used in the same sentence as McDonald's, Taco Bell, or most any other franchised business. You could probably put them in with the Baker guy who was a TV evangelist stealing people's but there is NOTHING legitimate about this thieving organization. They are a disgrace to the Great United States of America. I can't figure how Tony Stewart can support them although I know it is about money and endorsements to him. I am sure as he has gained popularity and found fortune then we won't be seeing him in any Byrider commercials as he has to know he is representing a ripoff joint.
All stores practice the same ideology.
Just to clarify, there are 14 company owned stores, 3 in the Atlanta area. Not sure of the locations of all the others, with the remainder being franchise stores.
Believe me, the company owned stores are just as corrupt and sell the same garbage that any of the others do. They may be more poorly managed than a franchise location, they have very few long term managers. They either quit on their own or get fired after a short period of time, "manager of the month" mentality.
The entire company is corrupt, that is why they continue to fail.
RE: all practice the same ideology
I may be off on the number of Company stores. Yes, I have to admit , some of the stores are managed poorly. After Mr Devoe passed and his son R. Devoe left, Byrider has gone down, I was Regional Sales Mgr, Branch Mgr, General Mgr, on my watch things went smooth as far as the company stores. They are changing the ranks soon, Byrider knows the rap the Stores are getting.
What used to be.
I will give kudos to Jim DeVoe Sr. Never knew the man, but I never heard anything bad about him. All of his employees that worked for him gave him nothing but compliments about his work ethic and his style. He seemed like he was a class act, I would have enjoyed working for someone like that. What JD has become under Jim DeVoe Jr. and the rest of the clowns Brent Newman, Randy Fields is 180 degrees from what Sr. started. If you ever want to know what it would be like to work under slave conditions, go work for JD. They lie to get you to come work for them, then once your there, you start to discover the truth. Customers are not the only people deceived by JD, all the good people leave as soon as possible, they don't want to contribute to this farce.
Lowest
The entire time I worked for JDByrider I never felt good about myself. All of the franchise owners are different and unfortunately I probably worked for one of the worst. An alcoholic who doesn't care about ANYBODY but himself! How much worse can someone be and it was obvious from my first day on the job. Corporate JDByrider may be trying to do right and may have a plan but it isn't being executed and consumers just get screwed with junk cars.
