I guess I come to this site becuase its very interesting to see the reactions on here...
And to see the bitter comments left about one company...
As I said before...I am sure there are ligitimate complaints here...
But what is the TRUE goal here...??
To shut JD Byrider down...??
Will that really bring you all some sort of satisfaction to your lives...??
If it will...good for you...
But I will also say...you need to get better lives...
Get some other hobbies...go fishing...take up needlepoint or something...
Lets say for the sake of argument...that this web site does shut JD Byrider down...
It is a HUGE corporate machine...do you really think they will NOT be back in some form or another...??
Look at Cal Cars...how many times have they re-invented themselves...??
They were Cal Cars...Paydays...now they are Car Biz...
Even if Byrider goes away...there will be 4 or 5 other buy here pay here car companies that will step up to try and fill the void...
It won't just go away...
Not to mention...the oil companies...the utility companies...insurance companies...monster retail chains like Wal-Mart...
They will all still be there...standing in line...waiting to take their piece of your a$$...
So...again...if trying to shut Byrider down will give you some sort of personal satisfaction...knock yourselves out...
But you are fighting a losing battle...
And that is not me standing up for Byrider...
Its me standing up for common sense...
America is land of the free...and the home of the brave...
But like it or not...good or bad...right or wrong...
Its also become the land of big business and free enterprise...
There will ALWAYS be businesses out there who will make money off people's situations...
I don't like it either...but its a fact...

Well I feel you on what you are saying but This just gives people a place to rant & rave. It also lets people warn others on the type of business it is.
The purpose?
The purpose here is to provide a forum for discussion regarding byrider, and it's practices.
The purpose here is to educate the public, as to exactly what they are getting into.
I, for one, do NOT want to see byrider shut down. I would much rather see them clean up their act, and, reform. Businesses employ people, which, helps our economy.
If you don't like the site, then feel free to stop reading / posting here at any time. No one is forcing you to (or are they?) remain here. If you find this to be too difficult, I can help you along if you desire.
I can't speak for your morals, but, I once got a job, with a business, that I wound up feeling was taking advantage of their customers (yuck, job convincing people not to quit a service, that most of the time it appeared the customer was conned into). I quit within a week.
If you don't work there, and, just had a good experience, good for you. Hopefully it happens more often now than it did when I was a customer.
If it's all just 'bitter commentary', surely it will be seen as such and ignored, no?

Soounds like to me you need to listen to your own advice and get a life yourself. What is YOUR purpose here??? If everybody quits posting you won't have anything to do either. Seems like you enjoy commenting to everyone concerning JDByrider/CNAC.

As I stated before...if most of the people who post here put as much time and energy into building their credit back up...as they do ranting here...there would a lot more going to conventional lots and getting financed...
