CNAC Customer Service
My son is financed through CNAC. My son signed up for the Marines, and on March 11, was shipped off to boot camp. I had called CNAC every week, numerous times, just to get his car payments takin' out of his military pay. Every call, I was told that "Mike" was not in the office, to try the next day. After this went on for almost 2 weeks, I finally got to speak with Mike. I faxed my sons military papers to him, and he was to call the recruiter and get back to me, (which he never did get back to me). I then called the office days on end, only to hear he was not there. I then mentioned to the customer svc that I can never get ahold of him. She tells me that a relative of his passed, that he'd be off for the next couple of days. I then waited (4 days) and started calling him again that Monday. Same thing over. Finally, I hung up, called another number for them, in which a "Mike" had answered. He talked to me like he knew who I was, and put me on hold. Customer svc then came to the line and said "Mike" was not in. I just tried calling again today, customer svc says "Mike" was in, and asked for my name. She then gets back on the line and says Mike will be on the line when she hangs up. It was his voice mail. I left him a pretty good message and needless to say, I will never reccomend them.
