We need to come together
I purchase a 99 ford windstar for Jdbyrider and the very first day that I purchase the car it broke down on the highway they would not let me return the car Since I had this car it has been in the shop for at least two time a months sometimes for over two weeks I cant people how evil some people can be I paying thousands of dollars for a car that not even worth it
I know that I'm not the only one we need to come together and get rid of this company even if we need to go all the way to the supreme court we have more than enough claims we just need unity

Everybody needs to contact a local consumer reporter!
All of us on here should try to get the attention of your local consumer reporter with your local media. If enough of us can notify the press about this website and get the word out, maybe we can get this process started. I know a few of you have been great about spreading the word about JD and CNAC, but we need more. Thier propaganda is that they have a 95% approval rating, well, most of us that have had dealings with them know this isn't true. I can assure you, there are enough of us that have been screwed in one way or another that no matter what, we can present a great case against them. Find the proper lawyer and maybe it can go class action-nationwide, wouldn't that be some kind of justice? Remember, Kentucky already has started legal proceedings against them, we just need to keep moving forward with this until they are shut down!

They have a 95% Customer Satisfaction Rating, has nothing to do with approvals! Yes you and the other on this site are only in the 5% that are not satisfied. Unbelievable numbers if you ask me! Most of you have had some repair issues which is why you are not satisfied, call your store, work with them to get it right. MOST JD Byriders want you as a happy customer not someone who bad mouths them to friends, family or never seen websites.

I'd love to see actual numbers. Probably out of a fixed poll. It's not about mechanical issues it's about serving the customer. Never have I been so dissatisfied with service from a dealership like them. It's ridiculous and they will not work with you on anything. Since I bought mine my financial situation improved and I got back on my feet. At least my wife now has a quality used car that was bought with 10000 miles on it and now has 70000. And hmmmmmm.....new tires and oil changes? That's been it. Strange.....
