...Sticking it to JD Byrider and CNAC like they stuck it to us...

The bottom line.

I am no longer employed by this company and I never purchased a vehicle from them, I, like many others was duped into working for them for a short period of time. The number of lies that they have to tell to find a way to trick people into employment so far shows no bounds. They continue to make promises about what they offer and what thier benefits are is very similar in nature to what a prospective buyer hears. The truth is nothing like what reality is, the management of the week is so clueless and has so little training, the employees that are stuck there at the moment have no respect for the people who run this business. Well, even after I have left, they continue to screw with me. They are picking the fight, and I intend to fight back with all available legal recourse that I can. I am not uninformed or naive, JD thinks they can ruin peoples lives and torture thier employees into compliance. Who the hell does this company think they are? They are finding the loopholes in many laws to get around abiding by those laws. JD is not immune to penalties, if all of those people that have been affected by JD's policies, and as many former employees can come together to notify all the agency's that can penalize and bring about there demise, I am going to do my best to start the process. JD you want a fight? Lets fight!

Way to go ,Dude!

If we can convince others that the system really works, it won't be too long. The state of Kentucky has already ruled against them in a class action lawsuit brought by the States Attorney General's Office. I,as well as others, have already contacted "all " of the consumer reporting agencies as well as all of the consumer protection agencies to be had in our state. They obviously think that because they found the loopholes to victimize unsuspecting poor people, we are also illiterate. Poor does not equal numb-skull. Keep up the good fight and continue to urge others to do the same. Legal precedent has already been set, let's get the snowball rolling.

Attack on different fronts.

I am purposely avoiding giving to many specifics in these posts. Since we know JD is watching, I don't want them to be able to know which part of the country this will come from until they get hit with some paperwork. I even have attracted the attention of some media, we will have to see where that goes, maybe we can get some undercover customers to document thier process. Management of course will admonish thier employees not to have any contact with any media under penalty of termination. They make you sign agreements not to disclose company policy, and that you must go to arbitration when a dispute arises. Either way, keep it up on the consumer side and I will keep hitting them on the former employee side.
