don't purchase from jd byrider
i purchase a 2000 oldsmobile inturige from jd byrider on peachtree industrial in doravillie. my experince in purchasing this car has been nothing but a nightmare. i brought this car on jan.17,2008. on jan.18.2008 i got into my new car ready to ride, let me remind you that it was cold as hell outside. when i got into my car to turn the heater on there was no heat. as i started driving my new used car the transmission started snatching like it was ready to throw a rod. on that following day i called jd byrider and told them about the problems that i was having, so i had to set an appointment in order for someone to look at my car. after unsucessfuly trying about 3 times to get something done about my problem i decided to give up and just let jd byrider come and repo this car. can you beleive it i've only had this car for less than 30 days and now ihave no car.jd byrider SUCKS!!! you are better off going to a buy here pay here location to get the car you need. even though you might not get a warranty with your car. OH YES BY THE WAY JD BYRIDER CAME AND GOT MY CAR ON FEB.13,2008. JD BYRIDER IS A RIP-OFF!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN A BIG MESS WITH JD BYRIDER.. THEY WILL SMILE IN YOUR FACE AND STABE YOU IN YOUR BACK!!! CNAC the finacing company is somebody that you do not want to deal with. They are very rude and nastey. DON'T BE LATE ON YOUR PAYMENT OR YOU WILL CATCH HOLY HOLY HELL. there is no grace period on your payments. Don't die, don't get sick, don't even think about calling in trying to make arrangements to make any kind of payments,CNAC finacing co. dosen't want to hear I DON'T HAVE IT RIGHT NOW. THEIR ANSWER WILL BE WE WILL NEED TO COME AND PICK YOUR CAR UP NO QUESTIONS ASKED. SO BEWARE,JD BYRIDER WILL BRING YOU DOWN TO YOUR LOWEST LEVEL WHEN IT COMES TO TRYING TO GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED.IT'S BAD ENGOUH WHEN YOUR CREDIT IS NOT ALL THAT GREAT, BUT JD BYRIDER CAN MAKE YOR LIFE AND CREDIT FEEL LIKE SHIT!!!!
How to get even
Go to the State Attorney Generals Office and file your complaint under the economic crimes complaint form. This company's business practices in this state need to be reviewed by law enforcement. Too many of us share the exact same story, at my last count if every one lost what I lost, JDByrider is already up over $100,000 to our $0. This scam was exposed with another "shady" car dealer some years ago by the name of LLoyd Townsend. JDByrider seems to be doing it on a grand scale. I've sent my complaints to the consumer fraud entity in the city ,county and state , blowing this whistle very loudly, won't you all join me. This has got to stop. In these economic times, I work too hard for what little I do get to keep and I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. If you feel the same, fill out the forms,do the little effort it takes to get it done, and watch then fall:[
Like a thief in the night
Well guys between 10 pm and 1 am, the JD Repo Man struck again.We were only 4 days late and they came and got it.Then they call this morning before they even open and ask if i want it back.They did say they would wave the repo fee wich makes me wonder why they even came and got it.They said just come and pay the 160 some dollars im behind on, Only problem i have no way there and the dealer is 70 miles away.This makes no sence they paid the repo guy 180 dollars then wave the fee to me if i come get it. You guys have any suggestions or opinions? Should i tell them to keep the piece of SHIT?

THEY TOOK OUR 2004 BLAZER! WE WERE ONE DAY LATE ON PAYMENT AND THEY TOOK IT...... ITS THEIR FAULT THOUGH! THEY WOULDNT GIVE US THE PAPERS FOR THE AUTOMATIC PAYMENT DEDUCTION FROM OUR BANK ACCOUNT! I HATE THEM
