Don't be put off by the "positive" comments.
Don't be dissuaded by the "positive feedback" that you are seeing on this website or any other, they are being written by employees of JD Byrider and CNAC to stop the bleeding. Keep up the pressure of the negative comments and spread the word, these shysters need to be stopped and if we band together this band of thieves WILL be stopped. The state of Kentucky has already initiated an investigation of the franchises in that state and public pressure will get them investigated in your state as well. STAY ON THIER ASSES. These jackasses don't give the very people that they claim to help "rebuild their credit" a fighting chance from the door and EVERYONE should know about thier practices before dealing with them. If I can personally cause the loss of sales to theses nuts, bet you keister I will. DOWN WITH BYRIDER AND CNAC. And for thier own people to "pad" the comment section of thier own websites should be a crime as well. But you should know, it was being done right in front of me as I was talking with the salesman that got me screwed. DON'T SIT STILL AND LET THEM MAKE PROFITS OFF OF YOU BY TREATING YOU IN THIS FASHION, FIGHT BACK!
some are
employees but i know of at least 2 "positive commenters" on this website that are 100% customers only! I have personally spoken with them! And elvis never really said why he is getting his car repossessed? Is it because you are late on payments? Have you tried contacting them and working out an arrangement or are you just happy to have a repossession on your credit report? Just doesn't make sense to me!
How to get back at them legally!
If all of the people ,on this website alone, filed a complaint with thw BBB and consumer affairs offices in their respective cities and states, as well as filing a complaint with the States Attorney Generals office, JD Byrider and CNAC could face sanctions, fines and/or be shut down for thier lending practices and thier ways of "protecting the public" by using the camera to videotape the signing of the documents involved in thier "organized theft" dealerships. I think that many of you will find that the laws governing these types of businesses in most states doesn't allow for such unscrupulous practices. So people, band together and take the time to file the appropriate complaints and eventually you will get some satisfaction. JD Byrider/CNAC are relying on the fact that most people will raise hell, but won't go the distance in getting them investigated. Good Luck and get yours back too.
