...Sticking it to JD Byrider and CNAC like they stuck it to us...

I am done with "the byrider"

In 2001 My mom bought me my first car there. On the way home from the lot the transmission went out. that was just the first problem. after they "fixed" it, the car became possessed. Everytime i would make a left turn the horn would go off, the entire turn. then I would have to hold both feet on the break to keep the speed at 50. not to mention it would die everytime i stoped. it would start back up but damn it was annoying. After about a year of this shit i finially refused to pay them anymore money for a possessed car. I cleaned it out and it sat in the driveway for 6 months. They would car everyother day telling me i was late on my payment. I would then give them my address again. i told them to come and get it. It still took them forever to repo it. Never Ever buy a car from them.

Look for Court Notice

Just FYI, you are still responsible for the loan. CNAC very well may decide to take legal action against you and you could have your wages garnished. It was not smart to leave the vehichle in your driveway for 6 months...it just continued to lose value which means it will go for less at auction which means you will owe more.
