...Sticking it to JD Byrider and CNAC like they stuck it to us...

How much Money do the Finance Managers and the Sales People Make for the Hell they create??

I was just wondering how much CNAC and JD Byrider are paying these con-artists.

Geeez these sob stories are getting to me!!!

Isn't it your responsibility to know what your getting yourself into?? Why are all these people complaining & whining like little babies? Yes I do work for this company & it is soo ridiculous to hear all these petty complaints!! It is sooo simple it is mind boggling!! EVERYTHING is explained in detail in the closing as to the APR, the mileage, the year of the VEH etc.... no one is being dupped or made to do anything!! It is YOUR responsibility as a human to know ALL the facts before you sign & agree to anything so stop frickin whining about it & take responsibility for YOUR actions!!!

A little more to add...

By the way, if you sell 50 cars per month, and each one has a $5,000 "program fee" on top of the price of the car, then Byrider just made $250,000 pure profit. That does NOT take into consideration the finance fees a person will pay. So, if each person then pays $4,000 in finance charges, and we add that to the "program fee", we now have $450,000 in profit. Just to go further, each car costs only about $2000, so byrider spent 100k on cars and made 350k in profit IN ONE MONTH ALONE! I didn't even add in all the late fees, down payments, and extra crap they stick you with. This is all true and is based on my personal experience. I would swear by it in a court of law. I might add that finance charges are re-couped yearly however.

How Much?

When I worked there, about two years ago, I made $550 week salary and a bonus of $500 per month based on sales- though I always was bonused. That works out to about $32,000 a year. The hours were long and the stress of knowing that you were screwing people really gets to you. The VP of the store I was working at probably brought down around 100k! The way it works is simple. Every month a s ales goal is created. For instance, one store may set a goal to sell 50 cars that month. If you have 5 scumballs, I mean "salespeople", they each scam like hell to sell as many "units" as possible. The top-selling scumball, er, salesman, gets $200 per car, the 2nd place gets $180 , 3rd gets 160, 4th gets 140, and 5th place earns you a whopping $120 per unit. If the overall sales goal is met (50 cars) then each of life's rejected waste (salesman) gets an additional $110 per car -ON TOP OF THE $200 HE ALREADY EARNED. So, if some scumbag named Mike Killer, for example, sells 15 cars, and is bonused, he makes $4,650 for that month! As a former salesman, I almost always made bonus. Now do you see why they are so aggressive and tricky? That's a lot of money for a bum with little more than a high-school education (and a big coke habit).
