Want to launch a class action against CNAC

I will be happy to share info with folks in La, Al, and Fl that can cause class action suits. I can tell you what they did, how they did it and I guarantee most customers aren't even aware that it happened. Federal and State laws were broken and probably still are

I financed a car thru JDByrider in 2/05, having payments withdrawn directly from my checking account. On 8/1/05, they deducted a payment, on 8/5/05, they charged off the car. As they continued to deduct payments from my account, some payments were doubled and in 01/06 the deductions stopped. recently the car's engine seized and I was out to purchase another vehicle, when that dealer ran my credit report, CNAC's "charge off" appeared (which is what got this ball rolling) and they said they could not finance me. I went personally to JDB and asked what was going on. He said he would have to look into it, in the mean time I needed to provide bank statements. This was on 3/10/07. On Wednesday the14th, he called and said that they made a mistake in charging the car off. I got my bank statements and took them in this past saturday (3/17/07), he first of all was very unprofessional and began raising his voice at a friend that was with me, when asked what was he going to do now that I provided proof. He said he would look into it but was NOT admitting any wrong doing.He said that where ever I would go to get a car they just had to call him and he would explain the error they made on the charge off...hmmm speaking from both sides of his mouth, no? I said that I would be contacting a lawyer, because they violated my credit reporting rights and that I could sue for damages. Well the legit finanace company unfortunately could not take "his" verbal explanation, so I was home, was upset, and not knowing what I would do. Well.....the GM of JDB called and could not apologize enough and said he would do anything to make this right, put a new engine in at no charge, pay for my rental car, etc. I demanded that they call all the credit bureau(s) and get that charge off, off my credit report. The GM admitted once again, they transposed a number and charged off the wrong account. So I am seeking legal advise... Anyone else in PA feeling powerful. :) Michele
