they did it to me too

hi i bought a 2001 hyundai accent and not long after i got it the trans. kept poping out of 3rd gear. it only had about 43000 mils on it i brout it back to hyundai. they told my due to history of the car i had no warranty.when i went to jd byrider they would not take the car back they wounted to a junk yard trans.on my way home the motor drop a valve. i called them and they would not take the car back.so i went back to hyundai and they told me that the car was aboused by the prev.owner.but after all hyundai did fix the car,but now a month later the trans the gages,coumpter,lots of stuf went wrong. i gave the car back and now they wount to sue me can they.
