JD Byrider isnt as bad for me at least
Like many other customers from j.d. byrider my credit was very poor and i had 2 repos (this is because i made bad choices with my finances).
my car got repoed from another car situation with another company ... THE same day i went to j.d. and they worked they're ass off to help me get a car.
i drove off with a car that i really liked and was in great condition, now i have had minor but understandable issues with the car... (engine running rough) but they also worked with me to fix it even though minor issues arent covered and it was far cheaper than what a normal auto shop wanted.
i pay my payments on time every time and for that they respect me as a customer and help me out with anything in there power.
you have to understand that CNAC is a high - risk lender and most the time they dont get paid, so they have to protect the intrest of the company.
ask yourself this, if you loaned money to someone and they didnt pay you back like you agreed what would you do?
you should be thanking god that lendors like them are around because for alot of us we cant always afford a new car outright or have good enough credit to work with a normal dealer. hell they dont even shotgun your credit like all the other dealers do.
btw ive had my car for only 6 monthes and my credit is going up because of them.
im not saying you dont have a right to slander them or insult them, you may have gotten a bad dealer or you got a bad car... which yeah you have every right to be pissed off. i just wanna share that i have had great dealings with them and without them i wouldnt have a damn car because no one else will finance me.
also im only 20 years old and my credit was the worst it could be, then CNAC came in the picture and helped me out.

I have been cheated while purchasing a van
*Sigh* Likely another
*Sigh*
Likely another 'employee parading as a customer'.
What does that have to do, with a customer in good standing, getting lied to, and ripped off, by the "mechanics" that JDB employs? What does that have to do, with a person being charged 5-900% of the value of the car? What does that have to do, with Byrider getting sued repeatedly, by various states, for their business practices. What does that have to do, with the positively ABYSMAL customer service, after they have you 'locked in'?
People like you show up here, from time to time, and keep making the same weak argument. Read up, it's not really about people being angry, that JD took their cars, if/when they stopped paying. We're here, because of the way JD does business.
In the future, using proper capitalization, paragraphs, spelling, grammar, and punctuation, would make your posts a LOT easier to read.
I'm glad "you had a good experience" and hope it doesen't go south for you, like it seems to for so VERY many.... Have a nice day!
